Hi, I’m Cody. That’s me in the picture. I’ve been a Career Coach for eight years and I used to be in your same shoes. For a long time, I didn’t know what to do, and then when I did know what to do, the path forward seemed impossible. The enormity of the goal was intimidating and I had no way of navigating the jump from A to B. I toiled away for years in jobs I hated, living below my privilege, all because I didn’t know the secret that would allow me to get the job of my dreams.

Then one day everything changed. I went to a professional development conference and one of the presenters spoke about going from an undergraduate science major to working on Wall Street as an investment banker for his first job. That shouldn’t have happened. Given his background, his education, his university, and his late realization (his senior year) he should never have gotten that job... but he did! And he showed me that anyone can get any job they want as long as they understand the principles and are ready to work for it. I was enthralled. So enthralled that I called him up and begged him to teach me one-on-one. He graciously consented...  

As a result, I learned the tips, tricks, and keys to getting whatever job I wanted, regardless of background, education, or age. I applied these skills and got my dream job. I’ve since honed and organized them into teachings, coaching, and services that I share to help others get the job of their dreams as well.
